Please don't send statements, receipts or backup files by email. We don't need them to help you, and they're safer staying with you.

Moving to a new phone

In the app, open More, then Encrypted backup, and create a backup. Copy the file to your new phone, install Money Cleared, and choose Restore from a backup. Keep your password safe: nobody can open a backup without it, including us.

Deleting your data

In the app, open More, then Security, privacy & data, and choose Delete all data. Uninstalling the app also deletes it. We hold no copy, so there's nothing for us to delete. Exports and backups you saved elsewhere are yours to delete.
